He is a contractor himself so it’s like having an inspector in your pocket every steps of the way. He is excellent in negotiations and was able to sell the house for us for much more than we asked for. Honest, professional, responsible, responsive, I can go on… A week before closing, our house had a plumbing problem and we were out of town. Knowing me, who will definitely freak out, and not wanting to bother us, Walt took care of the problem himself, saved me a heart attack and lots of screaming and crying.
